My background is based on computer programming, focused on game development and design, as well as testing and customer experience. I have built games using Unity and C#, and I love creating engaging narratives and understanding what customers want from video games. I have also gained experience in tech troubleshooting and research, working as an Escalation Specialist for Netflix at Algar Tech, where I collaborated with both customers and the Technical Research team to resolve issues and provide feedback. I have developed strong research skills from my previous Bachelor's degree in International Relations and Affairs at Universidade Federal de Uberlândia.
