As the CFO of Equality Charter Scool, a nonprofit organization, I oversee the financial, human resources, governance, technology, branding and compliance functions of the organization. I have been in this role for over 12 years, leading a team of dedicated professionals who support the mission and vision of Equality.With a background in law and a certification in SHRM-SCP, I bring a unique combination of skills and expertise to the CFO position. I have successfully managed multiple fundraising campaigns, secured grants and donations, and ensured compliance with federal, state, and local regulations. I have also implemented best practices and policies for human resources, recruitment, retention, and performance management. I am passionate about creating a culture of kindness and strength, as well as fostering a diverse and inclusive work environment for our staff and stakeholders.
