Over 14 years of professional experience acting in Civil Aviation, 13 years at the Brazilian National Civil Aviation Agency (ANAC) and one at aircraft manufacturer EMBRAER. Broad experience in the area of certification of flight simulators used for training pilots, mastering the entire certification process of the simulator and the organization operating the simulator. ISO 9001 lead Auditor, expert in quality system audits and compliance inspections of ANAC Certified organizations. Outstanding performance in the area of standards (rulemaking) for civil aviation, with extensive knowledge of the stages of drafting regulations, highlighting the application of Regulatory Impact Analysis for decision making. Currently involved with the introduction of new requirements for flight simulators, highlighting the introduction of Virtual reality, as well as the deployment of electric Vertical Take-off and Landing - e-VTOL aircraft. Solid knowledge in aeronautical engineering, of particular note is the execution of aerodynamic, performance and preliminary flight mechanics calculations. Extensive experience in international forums, having represented ANAC in several multinational technical cooperation groups, possessing negotiation skills and ease of dealing with different cultures.
