But, during the 2 years of the basic cycle, we change our mind every semester. Doubts are inevitable. I ended up deciding on Production Engineering. I already had my mind biased towards the area of economics and business and I faced the challenge.My career has been marked by a combination of opportunities and challenges, which are two words that have always driven me.After experiencing quick internships in shop floor, finance and retail operations, I was hired into a position in the oil sector, in the logistics area of a refinery.I had experiences in the areas of supply, logistics, foreign trade and business development that gave me the opportunity to develop technical knowledge in the area of oil and biofuels and learn to work with planning and goals.In these more than 20 years as a professional, having worked at an oil refinery, fuel distributor, trading companies and a port company, I believe I managed to broaden horizons and get to know different businesses and, mainly, people within the oil chain.This track record has helped me to be a better business leader.
