Senior International Facilities Manager
Current- Managing Upvest group’s offices, workspaces and other facilities internationally- Coordinating maintenance and repairs in the facilities and collaborating closely with the Security and TechOps team to ensure the functionality of alarm systems, access controls and other essential office technology- Allocating and managing office keys, lockers and controlling access to the facilities- Owning communication and relationships with landlords, vendors and other relevant stakeholders- Managing kitchens, food inventory, office catering and other amenity services at the offices and workspaces- Supporting Upvest departments in welcoming new joiners, visitors and preparing for meetings at the office- Implementing and managing workplace health and safety processes, including emergency workflows, first aid and fulfilling other legal requirements- Leading projects and running office and facilities-related programs- Participating in the event organisation, community building and creation of Upvest experience
