Responsible for the attraction and selection process, ranging from entry-level positions to managerial roles, covering all administrative, operational, and production areas.- Structuring the hunting ground by researching candidates through various tools such as internal databases, online channels (e.g., social platforms and professional networks), and headhunting (mapping);- Screening candidates to assess their fit for the position and understand aspects such as organizational structure, market context, compensation, motivation, etc.;- Conducting interviews in Portuguese, English, and Spanish;- Monitoring candidates in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and controlling key performance indicators (KPIs) for the department;- Overseeing the Internship Program with a focus on Diversity and Inclusion (D&I);- Managing Recruitment and Selection Consultancies.
