Rotation through various areas within Trend Micro’s technical organization, experiencing an enriched on-boarding process followed by specific technology, business and professional skills training.

Development of improvements and new features in security products’ backend infrastructure using state-of-the-art technology including Cloud (AWS), serverless technologies (Lambda), continuous integration (CI/CD, Jenkins), automation and scraping (Python, Ruby) while leveraging secure practices (DevSecOps);Technical and commercial interaction with Canadian customers in understanding and deploying security solutions custom-tailored to their environments and needs.

Skills training and rotation through several different teams;Supervised work and learning in technical customer support, incident analysis and response and research and development.
