Created and implemented a course to redesign the way that students at Brigham Young University learn crucial topics like identity, boundaries, self-care, and innovation. With help and permission from the Department of Undergraduate Education, I successfully transitioned two class sections to the new model as a primary instructor for the course.Highlights:- Redesign an existing course to maximize benefit for struggling populations of first-year students- Pilot course for a beta test of 30 total students to assess quality and effectiveness of newly developed curriculum- Test innovative practices in experiential learning and student-led classrooms to catalyze university structural changes

Under Direct supervision from the High Performance Computing-Division Office (HPC-DO), I performed maintenance on a power monitoring system in order to resolve reporting errors and temporary bugs, providing the Lab with accurate energy consumption data.Highlights:-Improved energy consumption data across 76 racks by an average of 1.5 errors per day, about a 50% decrease-Developed a reporting system to appropriately record any and all energy usage errors, going from about 20% accuracy to 99% accuracy-Attended Power Management University, achieving certification in Power Monitoring Fundamentals and earning 3 continuing education credits-Studied how to use MoinMoinWiki (a Python based Wiki system) and constructed 5 extensively detailed pages about Power Monitoring and Decision Analysis-Worked in a very minimal role on the Trinity computer system, ranked number 7 on the Top500 list November 2017
