After directly working with over 150 entrepreneurs over the course of two years, I found that there are 3 kinds of foundations their success was based on.Some of them had great systems that gave them an advantage - an online following, a partnership or a proven process of operating.More importantly though - underlying those systems were their skills. Be it leadership skills, sales skills or a range of other skills allowing them to be outstanding in their work.Some entrepreneurs however, couldn't fully tap into their skills because of a sometimes subconscious block in their mindset. Be it inner conflicts in values, a disempowering story they kept telling themselves or a past negative experience that held them back form achieving new heights.Based on those insights I created "The Pyramid of Success".
