The company has specialized in the recruitment of Cabin Crew for the airline industry since 2003.Crewlink employs Cabin Crew – with over 6,000 crew members currently registered with our client airline Ryanair.Based in Ireland, Crewlink has a team of highly qualified and dedicated professionals tasked with facilitating the needs of Cabin Crew.Duties:- Support the recruitment manager with all aspects of recruitment.- Act as a first point of contact for applicants and trainees following their application and in regards to our upcoming training courses.- Processing registrations for training courses, providing relevant documents for trainees.- Maintain / update trainee’s files, spreadsheets accordingly.- Complete daily and weekly KPI reports - Co-operate with the Training department to ensure all scheduled training courses start smoothly.- Assist the ID, Training and Accounts department with recruitment queries.- Attend open days as a recruiter all over Europe when required.- Act as a point of contact for recruitment agencies working closely with the company.- Training of Junior team members.
