I have always had a passion for pursuing a career in mechanical and aerospace engineering. I have devoted myself to understanding how things work from an early age. In fact, I reassembled a drone, based on curiosity alone. The way intricate components converge into a functioning machine has always captivated my imagination.Currently, I am pursuing a B.S degree in mechanical engineering with a minor in aerospace at Cornell University. As an active member of Engineers for a Sustainable World, Encouraging Young Engineers and Scientists, and Cornell Tradition, I am nurturing my passion and expanding the horizons of my engineering journey.I am proficient in 3D modeling and CAD software such as Fusion 360, Solidworks, and Creo. Moreover, I am skilled in programming languages such as MATLAB and Python. These softwares and languages equip me with tools for innovative design and data analysis.Through my coursework and internships, I enjoy tackling complex problems and developing innovative solutions that can optimize performance. My current position at Allegion, for instance, has further sharpened my skills as I actively contribute to their Durastorm and packing projects, collaborating with professional mechanical engineers to facilitate seamless shipping and installation of door products and glass panels.Beyond my technical skills, I aspire to use my engineering knowledge to address global challenges such as sustainability.
