As an employee of the Research and Development department, I have to do a lot of different analysis. The goal of our team is to improve the skills and the image of the company. Our task is to keep analysing the situation and look for innovative ideas. We use several systems to analyse everthing in the company.

During my internship at Calllock bv, I learned a lot of different things. One of my main tasks was making a social media plan and implementing it. Also one of my tasks was improving the customer relationship. Therefore I did some research, visited the customers and did a survey. One more task was a research about their competitors and how they can improve their market position.

Worldnet is an internet café and a phone office to make international and national calls. In the same shop is also an African and Asian supermarket. Worldnet is also an agent of Moneygram, an international money transfer. My job was to satisfy the customers who comes to worldnet, but also to help in the supermarket.
