As Head of Programmes and Research, I lead Gradconsult's large-scale collaborative projects - often funded by national, regional and local government agencies - as well as our evaluation, research and impact projects for both university careers teams and employers. We support HE careers teams to identify a business case for research, conduct evaluations and position findings in the context of current careers and employability best-practice, the student and graduate labour market and the wider policy landscape.Our research projects encompass:- APPs and progression gaps- Embedded and faculty-aligned employability- Sector benchmarking- Evaluation of service provision, initiatives and projects- Student and stakeholder research

As Head of Funded Projects, I lead the delivery of Gradconsult projects that involve funding bodies, such as ERDF, ESF, the Office for Students (OfS) and local authorities. We often act as a trusted delivery partner in long-term projects with multiple stakeholders, strict targets and complex reporting and governance structures.

As a Project Consultant with Gradconsult, I co-managed RISE SCR, an award-winning, region-wide graduate recruitment scheme, and led all employer-facing activity within the scheme. I also managed consultancy projects with both employers and universities, including graduate attraction and assessment campaigns, recruitment process design and employability training for for students and graduates.

I provide day-to-day support to colleagues for HR, administration and other areas where needed; research and build understanding of the recruitment sector, with the aim to develop Gradconsult's publications; assist colleagues with the administration of the RISE scheme, a graduate programme for the Sheffield City region and to manage several projects that will give Gradconsult wider exposure in the industry, increase engagement with social media, grow the client base and build up brand-awareness.
