I am part of three Leadership teams; Group Marketing & Communications, Group Sourcing & Procurement at ROCKWOOL's headquarters and ROCKWOOL Technical Insulation (one of ROCKWOOL's Operating Companies). I am responsible for defining the people agenda and set my mark on the strategic direction for the business areas. I work closely with the leadership teams and drive the strategic initiatives needed to support the business strategy. My primary focus has been on organizational design, leadership development (sparring, coaching and training), talent management, team performance, capability development and change management.Other relevant experience:• Managing Change Projects• Initiation and Implementation of HR initiatives and deliverables on a Group level (Onboarding Program, Lunch & Learn etc.)• Facilitation of development workshops for managers and employees• RecruitmentThe result I am most proud of is that in 6 months I have entered a completely new business area that I have never had any previous knowledge of. During this time, I have developed and built up the business area, made a communication plan, brought it to life and created all frameworks, which means that today this business area is up and running, people have embraced it and have confidence in it.

I taught elementary school children at every level in Danish, Math, German and English. I had responsibility for a 5th grade class for 6 months and functioned as their primary teacher for this period.

I worked at A.P. Moller-Maersk as an Assistant Manager in the HR department in a small team called Executive HR. I had responsibility for optimising and implementing HR processes, case management, communication, contracts, coordinating courses, administration of databases and salary adjustments.

My job was to make sure that vital data was correct across the organisation focusing on key areas.

My student job for a while was to count money in Danske Bank.
