Throughout my career, I have gained valuable experience working with companies that enhance customer experiences and foster loyalty. In May 2024, I graduated from Miami University of Ohio with a Bachelor’s degree in Emerging Technology and Digital Marketing. Balancing my education with real-world experience, I worked as a Consumer Marketing Insights Contractor for Nestlé as I finished out my senior year. I collaborated with teams on key initiatives, including social listening, microsite building, social media coordination, competitive audits, email trafficking, and data-driven insights. This experience allowed me to refine my ability to create compelling content, use analytics to inform strategies, and ensure the timely delivery of impactful marketing campaigns—all while completing my degree.Now, as a Marketing Coordinator at Ohio Cat, I serve as the bridge between the Equipment and Power Systems divisions and the marketing team. I am passionate about helping these divisions grow by managing CRM systems, building customer and prospect databases, and executing innovative marketing campaigns. From creating campaigns on the web and email campaigns to creating social media content and ensuring quality customer experience, I am dedicated to driving sales marketing and delivering measurable results.
