I worked with executives in Delta's Flight Operations to translate corporate visions into meaningful, effective software solutions. I was responsible for implementation and support of Catering Operations, Crew Accommodation and Crew Communication applications.- Catering Systems consisted of a portfolio of Catering systems including, catering facility operations, supply chain, menu planning and selection. My team created Delta's PreSelect product which allows premium customers to select their meal prior to flight. The active solicitation of meal selections drove an unprecedented response rate and generated NPS increments up to 20% over customers not participating in PreSelect. The application was later expanded to Delta's award winning website where customers can make their meal selection up to 30 days prior to departure. The system enabled data analysis to support menu design that reduces product cost and maintains a high level of customer satisfaction.We integrated a vendor application to optimize catering production and delivery, This is leveraged in Delta's innovative on-field commissaries. The commissaries improve product quality and delivery reliability thereby improve on-time departure performance and customer satisfaction.In collaboration with Delta's SAP Delivery Team we in-sourced the Catering Supply Chain. My team provided the data required to accurately forecast product needs, generate and track orders, warehousing needs and transportation. - Crew Accommodations application supports planning, management and billing of hotel and transportation for on-duty crew members. The system was rearchitected to improve throughput and eliminate system outages. Changes to the billing process resulted in $2M annual savings.- Crew Communications application delivers and tracks schedule change notifications to Pilots and Flight Attendants. The system aids in on-time departures and reduces the need to re-crew flights due to duty time restrictions.

Elicited and documented System (Functional and Non-Functional) Requirements to support a rapidly changing business environment. Collaborated with Developers and Quality Engineers to ensure the applications implemented met the client's needs.- Airport Operations: Implemented SNAPP an integrated system to support lobby and gate operations.- Revenue Management: Integrated Sabre's Revenue Management system to optimize passenger ticket revenue based on historical trends and bookings.- Revenue Accounting: Implemented Revenue Pipeline which transitioned revenue recognition from a sample based system to accounting for individual sales, use and refund transactions.
