Current-Managing the day-to-day and big-picture operations of the learning center, including providing ongoing mentorship for sta ff and leading meetings with staff and upper-level management.-Overseeing and implementing an intervention-based curriculum for struggling learners and adapting the curriculum based on the individual student's needs. -Leading sales for the learning center and managing grassroots marketing, including increasing my center's revenue to the top 3 grossing centers of the company (of 60+ locations).-Collaborating with top professionals in the field (ex. neuropsychologists, teachers, pediatricians, etc.).-Overseeing finances and analyzing monthly/yearly income statements to identify inconsistencies.-Meeting with clients regularly to discuss the progress and goals of students, including managing client care for my center and successfully addressing concerns.
