I have learned how to optimize my time management and organization skills while working in the field of child welfare, by supporting a case load of diverse families while maintaining relationships with therapists, medical professionals, attorneys, foster parents and other service providers, simultaneously ensuring the safety and well being of the children. As a new, innovative professional, I am dedicated to working with perseverance, while maintaining my optimistic and charismatic personality. I seek out mentors for advice to further my knowledge and I learn quickly by completing duties and tasks hands on by taking initiative.
