I am a current OMS-II UNECOM with a B.S. in Biology from Emmanuel College (Boston). I have worked as an Angel Operator/EMT with Barbra Bush's Children's Hospital and North East Mobile Health Services. I was also the Academic Research Coordinator for Maine Medical Center (MMC) where I connected with community organizations that support Immigrant populations in Maine to create an elective for MMC Med-Peds residents. I have experience as the administrative coordinator for the Himalayan Health Center Foundation, a nonprofit organization that provides health care to the medically underserved in the rural Indo-Tibetan borderlands region of Himachal Pradesh and Ladakh. I have also previously worked as a medical scribe at Brigham and Women’s Hospital and Massachusetts Eye and Ear in Pediatric Otolaryngology. During my undergraduate career, I was a laboratory assistant in Physics and Chemistry labs at Emmanuel College. I am planning on continuing my education at medical school to become a pediatrician. I started a project called Tools for Schools that collects donated school supplies locally and delivers them with Himalayan Health Exchange to rural areas in India. I co-founded a clothing brand called Indigo Denim Company and work in production, social media, and shipping. I have previously worked with Maine Medical Center as a Standardized Patient with Tuft Medical School Students. My hobbies include sailing as I was the captain of the Varsity Sailing team in high school. I am eager to work along physicians and healthcare providers to improve the social determinants of healthcare and patient care.
