(Capilano Branch) Provided circulation and materials handling services, such as check-in, clean/pull holds, lists, inventory, materials organization, floating, cleaning materials, etc. Provided training and assistance to Student Pages and new Page hires when necessary. Provided customer service when on the floor.

Floor Supervisors are primarily responsible for coordinating and leading the Jubilee Auditorium’s Front Of House staff (ticket takers, ushers, and patron services.)Duties include organizing and distributing ticket scanners/radios/keys for staff, directing and informing staff of performance details pre-show, assisting with any questions or concerns from Jubilee staff and/or attendees, troubleshooting, and more.Floor Supervisors also assist concession/office staff with counting and balancing cash and tips at the end of a performance.

Front Of House staff at the Jubilee are responsible for a number of public-facing responsibilities during performances:- Ticket taker: Scan and direct patrons pre-show, answer any questions and troubleshoot if needed.- Usher: Direct and assist patrons inside the theatre.- Patron Services: Assist patrons with various services provided by the Jubilee such as coat check, renting binoculars/assisted listening devices, assisting with general inquiries.- Concession: Bartending/barista duties.- Stewarding: Assisting bartenders and concession supervisors with various duties, such as supplying ice, restocking products from pre-show to intermission as needed, assisting with end of night duties (restocking, cash, checking bars, etc.), measuring and pouring alcohol, and other tasks as required.

(Strathcona Branch) Provided circulation and materials handling assistance, primarily shelving and check-in of materials. Responsible for general maintenance duties such as shifting materials, shelf-reading, cleaning on the floor, etc. In addition, provided assistance with various (adult) Page duties such as pull holds, transit, missing list, etc. Assisted with Summer Reading Club, including sign-up, monitoring, and running programs alongside Library Assistants.
