As a Community Outreach and Relations Specialist at the Mayor's Office of Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender, and Questioning Affairs, I work with diverse stakeholders to promote LGBTQIA+ equality and inclusion in the city. I leverage my interpersonal skills, advocacy passion, and team leadership skills to build strong relationships, support community initiatives, and drive positive change. I have a Bachelor's degree in Business with a focus on Computer Information Systems from the University of Louisville. I am interested in management, data analytics, and community building. I have also gained valuable experience as a Community Relations staff and a former Professional Soccer Player at Washington Spirit, where I learned more about the DC community through the lens of sports and connected with local organizations that are investing in social impact.
