International Sales Operations Manager
Current- Create and execute projects and pilots with the goal of driving effective sales enablement, operational excellence and global expansion for the KnowBe4 International Direct and Global Channel business.- Collaborate with the EVP of International and Global Channel sales on the creation of sales decks and documents to present to key stakeholders with the goal of communicating a direction and strategy- Communicate needs, points of friction and opportunities for growth to all branches of the company to allow the international sales team to focus on selling.- Collaborate with Marketing, Operations and HR departments to develop new solutions and processes that will affect global sales teams.- Be knowledgeable of all policy & procedure updates, dashboards being created, marketing and product assets up for localization/translation and all other company-wide updates that would affect the International sales teams.- Manage KPIs and provide sales enablement for International sales reps and sales development reps that hold Linkedin Sales Navigator Advanced Plus licenses.- Collaborate with the recruitment team on onboarding of top talent and reduction of churn based on sales teams’ regional, territory and language needs.- Attend weekly leadership meetings and provide directors with updates on projects, quarterly sales game updates, headcount/intern progress, etc.applicable to their region- Create and execute sales games that align with quarterly sales focus and foster an environment of healthy competition across regions with varying maturities to exceed monthly and quarterly goals. - Gather business requirements from Sales Leadership to create necessary dashboards and documents to analyze and track sales team performance- Create and ensure cross-sector alignment of INTL & Global Channel Leader Objectives & Key Results. - Manage monthly regional forecasting for EVP of International and Global Channel Sales.
