Current- Sourcing through different job boards and reaching out to qualified candidates for current open roles.- Network with potential hires through professional groups on social media.- Conduct initial phone screens to create shortlist of qualified candidates.- Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.- Maintain a database of potential candidates for future job openings.- Coordinate with various clients to discuss job requirements.- Coordinate and set interviews between client and candidate.- Clients supported include: eatZi's, Collective 54, nCloud Integrators, Accurate Append, STG Design, Campus Box Media, Sampson Steel Co., Designer Kitchens & Baths Inc., Paslay Group, Cantsink Inc., Hunter Buildings, Intevac, Heritage Title Co., EPIC Midstream, Midstream Integrity Services, Law Offices of Alex Poberesky, P.A., Axis Solar
