As part of the data team for the HR department, I performed activities such as:- Analyze and obtain insights regarding the company's employees, such as recruitment and selection, salary ranges, gender, education, turnover, among others, providing visibility and improving the company's HR processes;- Automating reports using Python and its libraries (Pandas, NumPy, etc.) to enhance employee efficiency and process productivity;- Performing data cleaning (identifying and correcting duplicates, missing, invalid, or inconsistent data);- Extracting and analyzing results, building metrics and indicators, and sending monthly reports to management;- Developing visual presentations and dashboards using Power BI to display the results from data manipulation;- Ensuring data quality, integration consistency, and report reliability;- Providing technology training for employees and departments within the company;- Participating in recruitment and selection of candidates with a technological background.

- Responsible for developing applications that meet various needs of companies in the Industrial Hub, aiming to optimize and automate tasks and processes across multiple departments such as Finance, Administration, Contracts, Imports, and others;- Utilized PHP, Laravel Framework, ReactJs, and Node for both backend and frontend development of applications;- Designed and managed relational databases, consuming and sending data through APIs;- Experienced in the SCRUM methodology, version control with GIT, and the use of the MVC design pattern.
