Our flagship product, the digital warranty for renting, was a revolutionary possibility in the Brazilian rental business and it was integrated into our client portal known as Canal Pro. This portal, with its extensive architecture, interconnected all B2B products and delivers the listings all informations to our customer platforms Zap Imóveis, Viva Real, and the OLX portal.Subsequently, I led a second squad tasked with managing a complex team and a product acquired by the group, known as Sohtec, that was integrated into Canal Pro. This integration was buggy and problematic, with no trace of logs, we were failling on support attendance. After a good effort we achieved the minimum resilience for this application, to focus a bigger challenge. My movement to this squad was to embark on creating a new product, delivering a new experience in lead management.
