Client: Nissan, Telstra, Specsavers Business Director at TBWA\Melbourne, overseeing all advertising for Nissan Australia and working within an integrated media and creative agency. The integrated nature of this role has provided me with a deep understanding of how to continually evaluate and optimise concepts and in-market activity to deliver growth to clients. Through this role I have built extensive knowledge and experience in global client stakeholder management, media and creative strategy and team management. Looking for a new challenge, TBWA tasked me with the job of helping set up and settle in the Specsavers and Telstra accounts, as well as set up TBWA’s bespoke integrated agency, +61 to manage Telstra.

Clients: ANZ, NAB, Asahi/Carlton United Premium Beverages, Singapore AirlinesAs Business Manager I worked across financial services, airlines, consulting and alcohol categories. Over this period I worked on a highly successful Mardi Gras campaign for ANZ, hard-working and enduring home loans campaigns that have helped young people buy their first home as well as engaging through-the-funnel campaigns that put Apple Pay into the hands of customers. I have helped launch and develop some of the biggest alcohol brands in Australia and hopefully, brought some more fun into the category while doing it.

I joined TBWA in 2019 as one of their two Fresh Fry graduates. I found this experience invaluable and while I wasn’t a grad for very long, having been promoted after four months, I learnt how each department functioned from the ground up. From this time I also remain the go to person for strange knowledge of where things are in the office (the TBWA branded notebooks are kept under the stairs behind the luggage if anyone is looking).

Clients: Kmart, 7ElevenAt Isobar I managed some of the largest retailers in Australia's Instagram and Facebook pages (Kmart & 7 Eleven). I gained a deep knowledge of Meta’s business manager platform, how to build successful organic social content, crisis management and customer service skills.
