At Alasco, I act close to the business stakeholders (POs, UI/UX designers, cross-team/company) as a Frontend Engineer to provide the best solutions to our customers. Think of the Staff Engineer role: I work to understand the problems, why we need to solve them and then build and ship the features.- Redesigned critical screens to offer a better usability to existing customers and added missing features to these screens in order to increase the company's MRR/ARR.- Created new React components for the internal UI shared library and improved other ones- Acted as the main engineer responsible for researching why new customers could not access the demo platform properly and collaborated with other engineers to fix the problems to bring the sign up complaint/abandon rate to 0.- Initiated a project to implement a localization platform in order to drastically improve the development of new features and to remove the natural friction of the translation process. This consisted in a research with 6 different platforms tested.

At ifena, my main role was to create a solid ground for the startup to grow through the creation of stable systems, apps, deployment process etc. The startup was successfully acquired by MDV Molliné GmbH.Keywords: React, React Native, node.js, GraphQL, AWS and PostgreSQL, IoT.- Created an app for operators to do automatic smart meter readings, connecting an Android to a radio device that could capture encrypted payloads. The payloads could be sent to our cloud servers when the operator had internet.- Created an app for tenants to see their water and heating consumption every month from radio messages that were captured from the smart meters. They also could send readings and pictures of the meters via the app in response to the Coronavirus-crisis, so operators didn't need to enter their apartments.- Created a system to process encrypted telegrams sent by the operators and by Gateways installed in buildings allowing us to create an automatic billing system connected to ERAS software.- Created an Admin system to allow our employees to import information from ERAS software and then export again to ERAS with externally gathered information.

- Introduce all best practices to Reactify the application from PHP(Laravel), including migrating from Gulp+Elixir to Webpack.- Improved the way static files are served so frustrated pageviews could be reduced drastically.- Created a Wizard in order to improve the User Experience and avoid frustrations of the customers.- Improved UX on multiple parts of the app.- Applied the new Corporate Identity to the app.

- Developed a real-time dashboard with React so users can see their news feed.- Refactored multiple React Components into Stateless components adding them to a Storybook page in order to allow developers to have a better productivity.- Improved (and cleaned) the Webpack build adding HMR+React Hot Loader so developers can have better productivity.- Created a concept for "microservices in frontend" so each module of the company is fetched dynamically depending on the URL the user is requesting.

- Rewrote the checkout system with Python 3 asyncio, React, Redux, ES6, SASS in order to decouple from monolithic legacy desktop e-commerce website. (https://sacola.magazineluiza.com.br)- Added unit, integration and end-to-end testing to the desktop e-commerce website so it could be easier to refactor legacy code.- Created the Python lib to abstract internal APIs so new projects could be easier to develop and existing projects could be using a well-tested lib.- Found and corrected performance bottlenecks in e-commerce website to lower instance costs and increase conversion.- Created an internal admin dashboard with React to Samsung e-commerce website (https://shop.samsung.com/br)- Built the scheduling system with Python Tornado and AWS DynamoDB so customers receive items in the scheduled date instead of default day.- Built a product to help orphans to receive goods in Christmas bought by customers that want to give them.
