I launched my career as a wireless telecom engineer at Lucent Technologies, where I spearheaded the design and optimization of cell phone systems across Latin America. Following this, I pursued an MBA at Oxford University and transitioned to Europe, where I delved into Sales Consulting at Siebel Systems. Subsequently, I relocated to Dubai, ascending the ranks at Oracle and overseeing Sales Consulting teams across the ECEMEA territory, with a focus on SaaS.In 2015, my family and I made the decision to move to Florida, and since then, I have been an integral part of DecisionLink (now xfactor.io), a rapidly growing software startup. My primary focus has been on Value Consulting, collaborating with top-tier Value Selling companies worldwide, such as IBM, ServiceNow, Adobe, Crowdstrike, Infor, Caterpillar, Glory Global and numerous others, to develop and implement their Global Value Programs.Throughout my professional journey, my passion for both sales consulting and value consulting has been unwavering.     Day to day, I am focused on helping our customers be successful in their Value Programs. This entails designing the documents for the different Value Conversations they need to have, working as a Value Engineer to build their Value Models, training their Value Consultants, Sales Consultants and Sales Reps into how to properly engage their prospect throughout the different stages of the Value Conversation and supporting them as their solutions and processes evolve.I also run our Deal Desk where I act as a Value Consultant for our customers and have Value Conversations at all stages with Directors and C-Levels executives at their prospect companies and I guide them into jointly building Value Propositions to help them acquire funding for their project. Conservatively, I have helped our customers secure over $25M over the past couple of years in this capacity.I've been privileged to work closely with Value Consultants, Value Engineers, Sales Consultants and Sales Executives from over 100 companies of all industries and sizes. I've coached them in the Design, Implementation and Execution of a Value Practice within their organizations and now they enjoy the results that Value Selling brings in terms of Improved Close Rates and ASP plus Reduced Deal Velocity.Being one of the initial 10 employees, I quickly adapted to dynamic situations, demonstrating agility and the ability to think on my feet.
