Executive Assistant
Current- Provide comprehensive support to the Office of Professional Learning and Development and the Office of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion.- Assist in planning and executing professional development activities for certified and classified staff in the district.- Manage all records, expenses, and activities to ensure effective programming.- Coordinate recruitment logistics, including travel, lodging, and other arrangements.- Establish and oversee registration processes for various events, communicate with participants, and maintain attendance records.- Utilize strong technological skills in PeopleSoft processes, including purchase orders, requisitions, and queries.- Ensure timely processing of invoices, reimbursement requests, and stipends.- Track expenditures related to Title II, Part A, and ESU No. 19 for OPS and non-public schools.- Maintain, order, and organize office and professional learning supply inventory.- Assist with organizing and setting up professional learning workshops.- Perform additional tasks assigned by central office administrators as designated by the Superintendent.
