Responsible for many clerical tasks to ensure the staff, students and parents can communicate and work efficiently. My job involves answering phone calls, greeting visitors, distributing mail, and preparing communications to teachers, parents and students. Providing administrative support to teachers, monitoring a child's development, and preparing education materials for daily programs. Backup payroll, I manage employees hours and finding coverage for teachers.

As a concierge I greet residents coming in/out of the complex. I receive packages every morning and sign them in the log book. I organize the package room. I deal with reservations, resident lock out, maintenance request, customer service, organization, incident reports, and making residents happy.

Worked with kids, women and men in coloring, styling and hair cuts

When i started out working at Riderwood I was a server for the elderly who lived there. I would take their orders and put them in the system. I then moved to the back of the kitchen and prepared the food for the residents. I was responsible for sanitizing, restocking, making the plate look outstanding, and to make sure the plates where properly prepared with the right about of food.
