• Timely & accurate recording of all revenue streams and related accounts • Providing support and preparing other ad hoc analyses and projects as needed• Collaborate with partners Navitaire and CargoFlash in each enhance system• Reconciliation of all revenue, AR and Def Revenue Accounts• Understand sales tax compliance needs and develop an operational plan to incorporate into billing systems• Collaborate with auditors as the primary contact to fulfill auditors' requests

- Ensure compliance with applicable policies and reviews contract to ensure that revenue is recorded in compliance with GAAP - Monitor the month-end-close revenue close - Perform internal controls and act as liaison with internal and external auditors for revenue related audit requests- Prepare journal entries and reconciliations for various net revenue adjustments

• Work collaboratively with other accounting officers within organization• Utilize ms office skill to analyze key financial data• Prepare working paper for financial report on a determined schedule• Provide solutions to accounting issues as they arise• Investigate and provide feedback on accounting irregularities
