I am the CEO and co-founder of Replicant, a contact center automation platform powered by AI that solves customer issues on the phone/chat without hiring, offshoring, or adding complex technical infrastructure to your contact center. Before Replicant, I was the COO of Talkdesk (now a $10B market leader in the CCaaS space) and helped it grow from seed-stage to a unicorn in less than four years. I also co-founded and sold my first startup, TopManage, to SAP, where I held senior executive roles for several years. Additionally, I held board and advisory roles at Algolia, EchoSign, and Intacct, and I have multiple patents and publications in the fields of e-commerce, sponsored content, and virtual consignment.
