I am a first year in Willamette Universities 3x2 MBA program. I graduate with a BA in Economics in the spring of 2024 and finish the MBA in 2025. Before Willamette University, I attended Newberg Highschool and graduated in 2019. I then went to Foothill college in Los Altos, California for one year then attended Willamette University in fall of 2020. I started working for Advanced Security Inc in May of 2022 and worked my way up to Sargent after 7 months as a patrol Supervisor. In May of 2023 I was offered the operations manager position for Advanced security. I worked this position fulltime from May to August 2023 and dealt directly with clients and made sure 60 -70 security officers we had employed were able to do their job at a high standard. I was in charge of scheduling, hiring, and fixing any issues that came up. I still currently work this position part time while attending Willamette's MBA program.
