In what has become the standard and expectation since taking over social media going into 2018, the accounts I am in charge of remain the highest followed in total in Minor League Baseball (over 300k) and among the top performing in most major data categories. Highlighted by a team record month performance of 20 million+ impressions in the month of April!! As well as being the first MiLB Team on Instagram to cross 60,000, 70,000, 80,000 and 90,000!Outside of social media, I now handle the digital ad strategy and design for single-game tickets.In my time involved in direct revenue creation avenues (dating back to 2018), I have assisted in single-game tickets meeting and or exceeding goals each year and growing corporate partner and group ticket revenues. I've assisted these revenue generation efforts through social media postings, creating sponsored content, and overall content creation. Along with promoting group nights, ticket links for experiences, and add-on item purchase opportunities.Fan Compass is an additional platform that I've been in charge of and has grown to 30,000+ registrations, a consistent ticket lead generator, multiple paid corporate partnership opportunities, and lead generator for corporate partners.

SUMMER 2020 UPDATE: This past summer was quite a challenge with no Minor League Baseball, but through creating new content, reusing old content, and staying up to date with the MLB Season, among many other activations, I was able to minimize the loss of followers and even gained followers on Instagram. An example of an activation that was well received was our Live Virtual Opening Day at Home. On what would’ve been our Opening Day, I prepared a replay of a past game, developed Enter-to-Wins, did a fan outreach for people to send in their photos that were then featured, involved Corporate Partners, our on-field host and radio broadcaster for a Facebook and Periscope Live Show that was roughly 1.5 hours long. There was also a 20+ weekly interview/recap show called Chihuahuas Chatter that I produced, edited video, and created graphics for. For May 4th, Star Wars Day, I recreated the Virtual Opening Day but Star Wars themed and it received similar strong results. I worked hand-in-hand with corporate partners as well on social media activations. All told, for the year of 2020, our club finished 2nd in MiLB with Facebook Interactions and 1st by a wide margin in interactions on Instagram (according to CrowdTangle). As mentioned above following increased on Instagram and the unfollowing was limited on Facebook and Twitter. I also took the time to learn through different webinars and readings about trends and best practices for the marketing field.My responsibilities are the same as in my previous role but now also include production for the USL Club El Paso Locomotive FC, lead producer on the baseball side, and several events that took place at the ballpark in 2019. I am still involved in Special Events at the ballpark and also producing music tracks for our Fireworks Shows.There were many Team and Individual Records this season and my goal was and is to celebrate them and commemorate them in as many ways as possible.
