Gary Goldstein is a founder and CEO of Whitney Partners, the leading executive search firm in the financial services industry. He is also currently a trustee of Sustainability Partners, a firm that specializes in providing solutions for the deferred maintenance problem facing municipalities, universities, school systems and hospitals. He has served as a Senior Adviser of Peking University Founder Group, Ltd., an investment platform of Peking University that has investments in Health Care, Financial Services, Real Estate, Technology and Commodities .He was responsible for introducing strategic capital and strategic operating partners across all of the verticals to the 37 companies that historically made up Founder Group.Considered to be an expert in his field, Mr. Goldstein has extensive experience in human resources recruitment within all areas of the financial services industry and has appeared in a number of articles and television programs ranging from The Wall Street Journal to CNN's Moneyline and CNBC discussing trends in the financial services sector. He has also been qualified and has served as an expert witness in a number of arbitrations related to compensation and other matters of employment in the securities business. He was also a founder, chairman and CEO of a public human resource staffing and consulting company serving the financial services industry.Prior to entering the executive search industry, Mr. Goldstein was on the audit and consulting staffs of Arthur Andersen & Co. in New York. Mr. Goldstein had been an active member of Young President's Organization, Inc. (YPO), The Brookings Council of the Brookings Institution and The Presidents Association of the American Management Association. Mr. Goldstein also served on the Boards of Junior Achievement of New York and Aish HaTorah of New York. Gary has a BS in accounting and a BA in psychology from Canisius College and is a graduate of the OPM Program at the Harvard Business School.
