The plant was designed and built by Snamprogetti in consortium with ABB Lummus Global. Responsibility to ensure interface management between the two main operating centers, during FEED and Execution phases, from an engineering and project management point of view.Achievements – Established an effective change management program that avoided clashes and inconsistencies in the engineering development between the two operating centers, with the result of 0 inconsistencies during Execution.Responsibilities – Process Lead in home office and on construction site for NGL-4 EPC Project (Qatar, Client QP), a natural gas and condensate treatment plant to recover methane and light hydrocarbon components, with an EPC value of USD450mil. Assigned to Qatar site to be part of the commissioning & start-up team. Achievements - Successfully managed process design and execution phase, including startup of the demethaniser.

Achievements - Successfully managed process design and execution phase, including startup of the power plant part of the incinerator.Responsibilities – Process and Performance Engineer for the IGCC Power Plant (Ancona, Client API Energy), a Gasification plant of TAR and subsequent combustion in a cogenerative combined cycle with high efficiency, with an EPC value of USD 800 mil, during the construction and subsequently responsible for Process Operations, design and preparation of the Acceptance Test Procedure and for the Annual Performance Test for CCPP.
