I am Gaia Deliso and I hold a degree in Psychosocial Communication Sciences from the University of Milan - Bicocca.I thoroughly enjoyed my course of study as it brought together two of my greatest interests: Psychology and Communication, two disciplines that intersect and interact much more often than one might think. Some of the courses that I particularly enjoyed include:- Web Design and Graphics, where I learned to create a website through all its phases, using Photoshop for the graphic design part and DreamWeaver for programming.- Web Marketing, which allowed me to learn the fundamentals of online marketing, including SEO, Lead Generation, Customer Relationship Management (CRM), and more.- Social Psychology, where I learned some of the most critical mechanisms guiding human behavior by analyzing numerous studies and experiments that have shaped the history of Psychology.Thanks to the knowledge gained during my undergraduate studies, I've had the opportunity to gain diverse work experiences:- Content Creator at Execo Srl, a Human Resources agency, where I applied what I learned in Web Marketing by managing their LinkedIn page and weekly newsletters.- Content Creator at BestHub, an HR company, where I contributed to the planning of their inauguration ceremony.- Junior Digital Marketing at MakingLife, a pharmaceutical editorial agency, where I engaged in various marketing activities such as Lead Generation and website creation for events, as well as Sales (current role).Given my passion for traveling, experiencing new realities and cultures, I've undertaken several academic experiences abroad, including a high school semester in Canada, Nova Scotia; various summer experiences in England, and starting from September 2023, I am pursuing a Master's in 'Communication and Future Marketing' at the GBSB Business School in Barcelona. I hope to further deepen my knowledge in the field of Marketing and Communication during this program.
