I have 5 years’ teaching experience across elementary, junior high, and senior high schools in Japan. I am seeking to apply this experience, and my skills in cross-cultural communication, to contribute to roles in teaching, translation and workplace globalization. Before coming to japan on JET, I did a degree in Japanese studies which included a 6 month exchange program to Keio University. I have passed JLPT N2, and am confident I will pass N1 in July. I also have a CELTA English teaching certification.
