Gail Brown is the president of Brown-Kortkamp Realty and Urban Planning and Development Corporation (UPDC). Founded by her father Elisha Brown in 1960, Gail joined the family business in the 90s and now leads the organization of progressive real estate agents.Brown-Kortkamp Realty Company is a full service real estate brokerage firm specializing in the listing and selling of residential property. Comprehensive services include working with first time home buyers; repeat buyers; investors; preparing market analysis and developing marketing strategies to effectively sell property. Urban Planning and Development Corporation of America, Inc. (UPDC) is a real estate services firm that provides land acquisition and relocation services to private and government entities. In the community, Gail serves on Reliance Bank’s City Region Advisory Board, STL Village Board and is an appointed commissioner for the St. Louis City Affordable Housing Commission and Tax Increment Financing Commission. Engaged in the real estate community, Gail lends her expertise as a board member for the St. Louis REALTORS® and the Missouri REALTORS®. Gail holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics and Business from Macalester College and a Masters Degree in Business Administration from St. Louis University.
