I was introduced to the fundraising profession in 1986 while working for the Healtheast Trust Fund in Allentown, which later became the development operation for Lehigh Valley Hospital. In 1998, I was recruited for the Director of Development position at Crozer Keystone Health System in Delaware County where I successfully managed two separate capital campaigns totaling $13M over my seven-year tenure. I also raised $10M toward a $25M capital campaign for La Salle College High School, while serving as their Vice President for Institutional Advancement from 2006-2007.
