Since childhood, I believed in spending time on something that will add value to my life. Yes I made time to play and have fun. Creative energy flows from playing, so I still believe in playing games in the corporate world. It help team members to connect with each other and brings about amazing creativity. As an Agile Coach- My coaching involves the ability to understand teams and its members. It’s important for me to meet teams where they at as this give me a benchmark. On a part-time basis, I offer workshops, seminars, key note speaking and coaching aiding to personal and professional growth through study and practical applications of John’s proven leadership methods.
