Since childhood, I believed in spending time on something that will add value to my life. Yes I made time to play and have fun. Creative energy flows from playing, so I still believe in playing games in the corporate world. It help team members to connect with each other and brings about amazing creativity. Over the last 21 years I’ve added vital skills to my career, all contributing to my full-time Agile Coaching role. As an Agile Coach- My coaching involves the ability to understand teams and its members. It’s important for me to meet teams where they at as this give me a benchmark. From this benchmark, I bring my Agile knowledge, experience and resources to ignite a new perspective for change and growth for the team(s)As a John Maxwell Leadership Certified Coach, Teacher, Trainer and Speaker. On a part-time basis, I offer workshops, seminars, key note speaking and coaching aiding to personal and professional growth through study and practical applications of John’s proven leadership methods.
