Recruited to direct the HR function for a specialty division of Advogent, which provided physician and nurse education programs on a full spectrum of pharmaceuticals. Division operated a large call center that marketed services, provided a resident team of researchers, physicians, pharma reps, curriculum developers and a cadre of instructors, which fulfilled on-site and local/regional instructional services on a nationwide basis.Engineered the HR function through myriad corporate changes from growth to a peak of 850 multi-state personnel through several major RIFs. Handled benefits administration for medical, dental, vision, EAP, 401K, stock plans, STD/LTD, life insurance, COBRA and flex spending.
