We make straps made of OFHC copper, and our own GraFlex™ graphite. Our copper straps are the most affordable straps commercially available, and are offered in standard / off the shelf configurations. While they are commonly used in space, they are more often used in lab & electronics applications, given their mass and low cost. If your program requires low mass AND a large degree of heat transfer, our graphite thermal straps are your solution. While more expensive, the average graphite thermal strap assembly weighs in at 1/4-1/10 the mass of an equivalent aluminum or copper strap, and they provide unique vibration attenuation/damping capabilities.
