As the Director of Business Development, I handle all marketing, sales, and new business development efforts with our Aerospace, Commercial, National Laboratory and University customers. This includes marketing campaigns, website maintenance, SEO, exhibiting at conferences, creating quotes, and expanding our international distribution network and partnerships. I also manage TAI’s IR&D program.My primary responsibility is working with our Design Engineering Team and the customer, to bring the inquiry from the initial outreach phase, through the design and projection process, to the quote and PO. I provide conductance, mass, and cost projections, design consultation, and assist in the design process.Some of my achievements at TAI include:1) Created the world's first Copper Thermal Strap (CuTS®) Standard Product Line (2013)2) Created the world's first Cryocooler Series CuTS® Standard Product Line (2017)3) Created the world's first Graphite Fiber Thermal Strap (GFTS®) Standard Product Line (2017)4) Played a lead role in developing our GraFlex III woven sheet thermal straps (2015-2016)5) Co-developed and introduced the world's only (commercially-available) Gold & Nickel Plated CuTS® products (2017)6) Had our CuTS® qualified in national laboratory RRR tests, mK and <10K thermal conductance testing, & life cycle flex testing (2015 - 2017)7) Co-authored an article published in the Journal Cryogenics, in 2017 (studying our CuTS® products).8) Created the X-Series® graphene and PGS-based thermal strap standard product line & catalog (the world's only carbon sheet/foil strap standard model line)9) I helped TAI transition from a struggling R&D business, to a manufacturing company, and then world's top supplier of thermal straps; increasing sales by 25-50% annually (2013 - Present)10) I've worked on SBIR Ph I, Ph I Extension, and Ph II proposals and programs with the US ARMY (2017-2018)

Progressed from a Marketing Assistant, to Coordinator, Manager, and am now the Marketing & Sales Director at ReliAscent, as well as becoming a Board Member on January 1, 2023, and Co-Owner on January 1, 2024. As the Marketing & Sales Director, I handle all aspects of marketing for our company, from website maintenance and content development, to SEO, marketing campaigns, and building & maintaining strategic partnerships. Additionally, I now manage the Sales Department with our CEO, and handle all sales efforts up to the point of quotation.

Part time Marketing Manager with a focus on e-marketing, leads list generation and I handle all Search Engine Optimization (SEO)/website development. I also perform consulting services in the area of government contract management including contract closeout and inventory. As of 2015, I also handle introductory sales efforts, and all sales of our SBIR PH I Packages.I handle all SEO efforts for the ReliAscent website, dating back to late 2013. In my 7 years managing this function, I have managed to make ReliAscent.com one of the top ranked DCAA Accounting websites on Google and Bing (in both organic rankings and total monthly traffic).I also handle all Google AdWords responsibilities, helping to target our ads to our narrow market, and optimizing our program saving the company thousands of dollars annually on our AdWords budget (while exponentially increasing the effectiveness of our campaigns).

SBIR Contract and Grant closeouts as well as IP work for Synkera; a sister company also owned (at the time), by TAI CEO, Brian Sperry.During my time at Synkera, I was responsible for closing out nearly 2 dozen contracts, and collecting over $50,000 of unbilled funds. I also completed multiple DCMA property audits to close out grants and contracts.
