Hiring, Training, Maintaining Staff since 2011. I have consistently grown the brand of Omar's Uptown through social outreach, philanthropic duties, and sustainable charitable contributions. I have been the sole hiring agent for a 2 million dollar fine dining establishment for the entirety of its creation. Within our company I have been responsible for the training, and education of new hires within FOH and BOH operations. I have created each menu's optimization and full implementation through all platforms of reception. I also manage the major social media aspects of the business as well as maintenance and creation of websites, and web traffic ( google ad words, google analytics, facebook analytics, and push through click funnels from the acquisition of similar domain names.) I also am integral in new menu item creation via economic push for product placement on menu, as well as slow grind on removing guest favorites that are no longer economically feasible. I have also created not only wine lists, cocktail lists, and beer lists, but I am familiar with the major distributors of our state and versed in not only the sales process but also the sales process into a "dry county" for alcohol sales. I am proud about my history of growth for business, and have never dipped below a 7% yearly growth rate. Most recently I grew our business in 2021 to 2022 over 26%.
