About Gaithersburg HELP: Gaithersburg HELP Transportation Services provides free rides to and from weekday medical or service agency appointments to eligible clients. Eligible clients are disabled, elderly, or otherwise unable to take public transportation and must reside within the Gaithersburg HELP service area.Client Transportation Scheduler:This position is responsible for scheduling, confirmation, accurate recording and securing transportation for client ride requests. The primary computing tool currently used by the transportation program is the VillageRides/RideScheduler database. This is grant-funded database used to digitally log all rides and other service requests.Technical Assistant Client Transportation:This position is responsible for general computing and administrative support for the transportation program.
