Responsible for handling IT Infra management of Honda R&D India Pvt. Ltd, Manesar(Gurgaon).

Responsible for handling all types of IT Infra issues on PAN India basis. Member of IT team handling PAN India Network of DC with the collaboration of Hongkong team globally.

Member of SOT team responsible for checking all types of link end to end from CE to PE (Wireless, Fiber, Leased line, 3 G data card) and working on all queries related with ISP with Customer.-Understanding and attending the customer related network/ link issues as per SLA. Maintaininggood MTTR .- Identifying, analyzing and resolving of problems regarding network & link management.- Knowledge and working experience on various network management / monitoring tools. Workingexperience of ticketing tools.- Work experience on first level troubleshooting on Link / network issues.- Understanding of various WAN technologies, installing and managing routers & switches.- Knowledge on routing protocols, RIP, OSPF, BGP and switching technology, HSRP, STP.- Working over MPLS VPN technologies.

Firewall Policy Management(Configuration of new Cyberoam setup with ports configuration, Web Filtering with blocking web sites, Application Filtering with blocking some categories, Backup Policy of firewall, Administration with Firewall, Subscription and other updations, IP management with user rights, Virtual hosting, graph monitoring, NAT policy).Network Policy Management(IP management with Access Rights, Router Setup with ISP provider,Working on New Rack Installation Setup, Wireless access points with password rights)Server Policy Management(Installation and configuration of windows server2008 R2,Updation with patches and other s/ws,Active Directory Mgmt. with user, groups and ou management, Creation of DNS Server with Forward and Reverse lookup Zones with DNS Records.,Working with DHCP server(Creation of Scope, Address Pool, Address lease,Reservation with Mac address). Creating user accounts in domain and assign particular permissions to them with creating group policy objects.TS Audit Plan Policy (Working for Audit Plan Policy with password and Backup plan,Contigency Plan for UPS and Data Backup)- New Infrastructure Planning(All setup for new site with whole management of IT) Budget Preparation Record Team ManagementVendor Management(Requisition form, Quotes and Purchase Order Management) Antivirus Handling(Working on Sophos antivirus policies, Blocking of USB Ports with network services blocking) Blackberry BEX mail Setup(Installation of mails on blackberry setup, Backup and Restore policy) Lotus Mail Server(Mail Replication setting,Mail Archive Settings,Mail connection creation and other issues related with Lotus)- Business Plan for Project and Capex management Daily Backup of ERP schedule and Daily MOM with Team:- Updation with patches and other s/ws.Working with DHCP server (blocking with MAC Address) and DNS Server., Wireless access points with password rights,

- All types of Desktop related calls such as Hardware, OS Installation, Network Problems, Printer problems. - Align as FMS support on sites for backup plan for IT infra services. - Attending all types of server hardware problems such as RAID ,OS Installation with checking logs on that. - Network Related Problem on site such as LAN, WAN, Cabling and wi-fi related problems etc. - Creating DHCP with Dhcp lease and filtering and DNS Servers on site.
