My role in their development journey was to shake their belief system, empower them to step up and support them as they made their progress towards goals many have not even dared to dream of before.Spending two decades in the multinational corporate world I have been trained formally for leadership by senior leaders of huge corporations, developed my own leadership style and gained extensive leadership experience through managing multiple-layered organizations having people (from trainee to senior managers) reporting to me with cultures from all over the world.I kept my leadership role in people development and today I bring my unique experience and skills to serve them as a professional coach, mentor and thinking partner.I always had people to come first ahead of numbers. I believe that trust, empowerment and the setup for success always pays off if the path is set for the right individual at the right time. It was not always easy and caused me difficult moments, but I never let myself give up on that belief.We have to lead by example. Setting expectations high always comes authentic when exceptional results are being delivered also by the leader. Expecting others to grow goes hand in hand with us being on a constant research project. The research of our very best. Building the next generation of leaders through sharing my core belief, helping them with mentoring in leading people and managing their career never remained unnoticed by the people and the organization I have worked for.I decided to continue my leadership with dedicated focus on serving people in their growth journey and helping them become pathfinder of their purpose.
