Working on plans for every school year including, staff changes, fundraising, implementing positive trends into the school system in coordination with local government.Each year we've dedicated ourselves to contribute to specific fields, and as such contribute to the schools growth and increase in students numbers.- My first year was marked with introduction with all processes, details related with school system, our role as board members and other monthly obligations, with guidance from senior members.- During my second year we've dedicated ourselves to the introduction of Chinese language as an optional subject, establishing connections with schools in China, and working towards a solution of increasing the number of new students- During my third year we were dedicated to resolving issues with lawsuits of former employees, filed several years before my mandate, as well as consolidating budget. We've also continued with close monitoring of school management, as some irregularities were noticed.- During my fourth and most successful year so far, we've managed to resolve all issues from the past, mainly related with the budget. We've initiated roof reconstruction, as well as fixes on leakages and lightning. We made serious progress related with school and child safety and we've managed to complete school fence. Our latest initiative is working on school uniforms and reducing prices of meals for the next year, among other monthly obligations. Number of new students increased and all projections show that this trend will continue next year as well.

Involved in various types of projects, from mobile, web and desktop applications, websites, ERP systems, algorithm work, to the software for experimental hardware.During the course of two years and two months I worked on 25 projects, from short-term projects lasting just a couple of weeks to the long-term projects lasting several years.Teams I've managed varied in size from only 1 developer to the teams consisting out of 12 persons.I've overlooked up to 10 parallel projects for more than year.My involvement on the projects was through the entire product development cycle, from initial call with the client, requirements breakdown, specification and timeline creation, production monitoring (including design, development and QA), until the end product delivery.I've managed 50 different developers, 10 designers and 10 QA testers from 20 different countries, and worked with clients from US, UK and Australia.My role was to lead and motivate all team members working remotely, making sure they are upholding to all PM procedures. I've applied agile approach to projects using Scrum or Kanban methodologies.

Coordinating management of multiple projects, monitoring their full product development cycle and working to ensure the success and acceptance of the projects.My work on project cycle can be divided into three main stages: planning, executions and closure.Planning usually started with breakdown of requirements and ideas from the clients, analysis of gathered information and it's transfer into specification, planning strategy accordingly, organizing and managing schedules and creating timelines.Execution stage included performance management, monitoring of UX and UI production, software development, while addressing weekly risks and resolving day-to-day issues, all presented in a weekly project status report.Closure stage consisted mostly of QA, bug fixing, as well as product release and final delivery to the client, with occasional marketing and maintenance, depending on the project requirements.Managed both remote and office working team members, balancing out their time schedules and upholding procedures.Initiated introduction of agile methodology on several projects (Scrum and Kanban) and worked with team members to get them familiar with the advantages of these approaches.

Working mainly on overall manual testing of various web applications, ActionScript games, and mobile applications, through the use of end-to-end testing, black box, grey box testing, and regression testing with direct involvement in writing testing documentation. This included functional, performance, load, compatibility, integration, and security testing.As part of the QA team, we tested applications from alpha and beta versions to the live and released applications, using use case scenarios and basic usage testing. During my involvement in the team, we were in early stages of Selenium integration to the process.

I was given a chance to work with a group of fresh out of the college people, mainly on small websites, low budget startups and some in-house solutions. Being fairly new to the business, I directly contributed to brainstorming sessions, requirements and specification writing, UX and UI design suggestions, website development (actually did parts of the code) and QA (manual testing).
