As Director of Strategic Communications for BTS, I am responsible for developing and executing communications strategies for technology initiatives and programs across W. R. Berkley, as well as internal communications to build employee engagement.

As the Senior Manager of Operations and Compliance in Institutional Marketing, I am responsible for empowering and coaching a high-performing team of Portfolio Managers and Project Leads as they drive operational efficiencies and manage projects across the department. A key project includes leading the development and implementation of an enhanced marketing experience for client re-wins with up to $500M in assets. As part of the Relationship Analyst team in the Institutional business, I support several Relationship Managers and their diverse client relationships by developing knowledge of all aspects of account management. In order to be successful, I partner with Relationship Managers to develop multiple client financial and pricing scenarios, develop and prepare meeting material, and analyze data to provide key findings and trends. Maintaining FINRA licensing, collaborating with internal teams, and delivering client focused solutions are essential to the position.

In order to perform in this position, I obtained my FINRA Series 7 & 63 licenses. As the marketing and communication intern for the Temple University Ambler campus, my duties covered a wide range of topics. Working alongside members of the department, I planned posts and monitored social media platforms for the Ambler campus and other related programs. I also worked with multiple departments to draft and send email messages, monitor analytics, and create reports showing takeaways from our campaigns. I was responsible for writing, designing and copy-editing both print and digital communications. I also gained experience in event planning with the annual EarthFest celebration that regularly draws over 7,000 attendees.
